Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works great Im in my mid 30s and been having bladder leakage. Sometimes its hard for me to hold it in anymore. The night is the worse for me. I was skeptical at first but when i wore them to bed knowing i would have bladder leakage, I was amazed. I didnt even feel like i had the pad on.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not the same I have purchased this product many times. The overnight 8 drop product. The last three times the adhesive has not held at all. Which allows the pad to move and not stay in place. Will be buying a different brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The shape and length are perfect and that is all I purchased the #6 long a week ago. I have never used poise brand and will not purchase this product again. I am very dissatisfied with the absorbancy and the comfort. The absorbancy is equivelant to pouring water onto cardboard and it causes a great mess. I also do not feel any comfort from the pad. I have chafing and itching from the dry corseness of the pad. I do like the hourglass shape and the length is perfect.
